State Lands

Find out about the administration and management of State (Crown) lands in the South West region of Western Australia. Information on land release planning and major projects related to State land is also provided here.

 

Our role

We are responsible for the identification, administration and management of State (Crown) land to support the needs of the South West community and to deliver primary land tenure for strategic infrastructure projects.

Land release planning in the South West region

The availability of land is a significant factor in stimulating the social and economic growth of regional Western Australia. We work closely with a number of government and non-government agencies to prepare land for release for development.
