State Lands

Our role

We are responsible for the identification, administration and management of State (Crown) land to support the needs of the Perth metropolitan region and to deliver primary land tenure for strategic infrastructure projects.

Land release planning in the Perth region

The availability of land is a significant factor in stimulating the social and economic growth of regional Western Australia. We work closely with a number of government and non-government agencies to prepare land for release for development.
